Why is there a pay rate range? How does it work?

Pay rates are client specific and reflects the level of care you provide your assigned client. If you have multiple clients that require different levels of care, you pay rate can be different from one client to another. It is not uncommon for a ARIS caregiver to receive multiple pay rates if assigned multiple clients.

Client Matching

We do not assign you clients. You will be able to meet a client before working with them and have the option to say 'yes' or 'no' to accept the position. Your voice is heard.

Weekly Paychecks
ARIS caregivers receive a paycheck every Friday for work completed the previous week.

What does the pay period look like?
Sunday starts the pay period each week and it goes until 11:59pm Saturday night. Daily Care Notes are reviewed after each week for accuracy and then you are paid the following friday for the previous week's pay period.

Paid Time Off

You will accrue up to 40 hours of paid time off each year.

Current Cases Available

We have hours available for you to choose from. We strive to match you with clients that are a short commute and have the hours available you want to work.

Direct Deposit

If you choose to use our direct deposit option, you will not have to wait for it to be processed. Your pay will be direct deposited right away. No waiting.

Do I work as a CNA with ARIS at home?

ARIS at home really values caregivers who have their CNA certification, but ARIS is a non-medical in home care provider and does not provide medical care. When you work with an ARIS client, your job title is either a Homemaker/Companion or a Personal Care Attendant (PCA).

Does my time with ARIS a home count toward my CNA recertification?

Unfortunately no it does not. Our non-medical care license does not allow us to classify our services as medical, so you are not working under the direction of a nurse. Please review the states guidelines to make sure you are in compliance for recertification.

Do you know someone that has the experience and compassion to care for someone in their own home?
