We are currently looking for a Recruiting/Scheduling Coordinator to join our Oak Park team. This is an entry level position that is perfect for that special someone to learn the "ins and outs" of a home care business, and also have the opportunity to grow with the company. This position is the gateway to a prosperous career in a home care industry that is growing by the day!

Recruiting

Maintain a highly skilled talent pipeline by leveraging various recruiting tools

Actively coordinate the office recruiting activities based on the needs of current/potential clients

scheduling

Demonstrate a solid ability to place caregivers with clients based on the client's care needs and personalities.

Actively coordinate the client's & caregiver's schedules to make sure all care requested is provided in an organized fashion

coordination

Coordinate with office team members to complete internal administrative activities, including HR compliance

Provide leadership and ensure caregivers are delivering services in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance to our values and mission statement
